Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At ARVISAA, we value our customers and strive to deliver quality products with complete satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements or store credit under specific conditions mentioned below. By purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We strictly follow a Replacement / Store Credit Only Policy. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
  • Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery for any return/replacement requests. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
  • Only products that are wrong, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement/store credit.
  • Proof required: Customers must provide the following within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp (+91 9313880820):

1.   Unboxing Video (full parcel opening process).

2.   Product Images (clear, multiple angles showing defect/damage).

3.   Parcel Image (outer package condition).

4.   Shipping Label Image (with visible details).

  • After verification by our Quality Check (QC) team, we will confirm your eligibility for replacement/store credit.

2. Replacement & Store Credit Options

  • Store Credit: A coupon code of the same amount as the product value will be issued to your registered email ID. Store credits have no expiry date.
  • Replacement: The product can be exchanged for another item of the same or higher value (customer to pay the difference). If a lower value product is chosen, the balance will be issued as store credit OR refund.

Note:

  • Reverse pickup service is not available. Customers must courier the parcel to our warehouse:
    4019, International Fashion Market, Nr. Sita Nagar, Punagam, Surat – 395010.
  • Product must be unused, with original tags & packaging intact. Sarees with fall & edging, customized products, and items purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for replacement/return.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • For prepaid orders, a 2% cancellation charge (of the product price) will be deducted before refunding the balance to the original payment method.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Important Conditions

  • One-time replacement is allowed. After that, no further replacement or claim will be entertained.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Slight variations in color, fabric, or work may occur due to lighting/photography; these are not considered defects.
  • Accessories shown in product images (bags, jewellery, etc.) are for representation only and are not included unless specified in the description.

5. Legal Disclaimer

  • Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat Courts only.

6. Non-Returnable Items – Certain categories cannot be returned/replaced, including:

·         Sarees with fall & edging

·         Customized / made-to-order products

·         Discounted / clearance sale products

·         Innerwear, blouses, and stitched garments

7. Bundle Purchases – Products sold as sets/combo packs must be returned in full. Partial returns from sets are not accepted.

8. Processing Time – Replacement/store credit will be processed within 7–10 working days after QC approval of the returned item.

9. Communication Mode – All communication regarding returns/replacements will be done via the official support email ( care.arvisaa@gmail.com ) or WhatsApp helpline.

10. Return Approval Required – No return will be accepted without prior approval from our customer care team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
